Anyway, I agree with Nakhod's opinion.
Instead of asking a general question like that, why can't we be more specific? For example, what kind of clothing will Anna use outside the school?

For a loli, I prefer a cute-looking dress or casual (but stylish) apparel.
For a more adult character, elegant fashion is the best. Gothic is fine as long as it fit the story requirement.
Using too much sexy cut will (usually) make the character looks cheap, so we should avoid it (unless it is necessary for the story).
Undressed characters? Well, it's okay if it's just the two of us in the bedroom... but you wouldn't ask her to strip-off her clothes in front of the public, right? And I assume Novinha's Question is about what a character should use for a public appearance.

Coba, di luar anggota tim VNProject, siapa yang tahu Anna? Lagipula semua kewenangan chara design sudah diserahkan pada chara designers (kamu dan Yuki), kalau masih dibuat poll lagi malah bisa membingungkan bagi kalian. Tapi kalau mau dan perlu, kalian bisa setup poll sendiri di dalam Scelta area - kalau ternyata tidak, bisa hubungi aku/nandaka untuk bantu membuatkannya.
